100 Women Supports the Zoe Loren Foundation to Make A Difference

We are thrilled and honored to report that the Zoe Loren ‘Make a Difference’ Foundation was the recent recipient of $10,800.00 from 100 Women Who Care Jupiter/Tequesta Chapter. In addition, we were lucky enough to receive the full $5,000.00 matching grant from the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation.

100 Women Who Care was founded on the idea that women who are informed about the needs in their community can collectively make a difference. At each quarterly meeting, three approved charities are randomly selected to make a five minute presentation about its mission and why they are deserving of the award. The recipient is selected by majority vote and receives $100 from each member.

In addition to the college tuition scholarships, the Zoe Loren Foundation will use the funds to provide science and art enrichment activities to local after-school centers that serve at-risk children in Palm Beach County. Stay tuned for the exciting details and announcement of the recipients!

Thank you again to all of the wonderful members of 100 Women and to the Schulze Family Foundation for your generosity and support in memory of Zoe.
